I had a picture in my memory. According to that picture, JMA has not "corrected" past global temperatures. Year 1998 and 2005 were same even
then years ago. But according to the picture from 2017, year 2005 and even 2010 vere colder than 1998. (By the way, according to old HadCrut3,
it was like that. 1998: +0.53°C. 2005: +0.47°C. 2010: +0.50°C.)
But still, JMA gives much lower figures than NASA, NOAA or Met Office. So, less hoax. We can compare more if we translate JMA's 1991-2020 Base period to 1901-2000 Base period. We have to add 0.554°C.
• 2007 - NOAA: +0.55°C - JMA: +0.55°C - NASA: +0.67°C (Base period 1951-1980) - Met. Office: +0.59 (Base period 1961-1990).
• 2023 - NOAA: +1.18°C - JMA: +1.09°C - NASA: +1.20°C (Base period 1901-2000) - Met. Office: +1.11 (Base period 1961-1990).
Sep-Oct-Nov:
• 2025 - NOAA: +1.19°C - JMA: +1.02°C - NASA: +1.27°C (Base period 1901-2000) - Met. Office: +1.09 (Base period 1961-1990).
(Base Period 1951-1980 is almost same as 1901-2000.)
Until the year 2007, JMA's figures were almost same as other agencies, but after that there has been less warming.
Many people are not aware that JMA gives measurements about global temperatures.

And here are the monthly figures. There is an anomaly conserning October and November values. October is strange cold and November strange warm. We will se what is December.
